Top Message
Nitto Denko Base Material Corporation was established in 1999 as part of the reorganization of the packaging materials business within the Nitto Denko (Nitto) Group.
Since its establishment, we have centralized our sales back-office functions at the headquarters, enabling us to handle all inquiries collectively at our head office.
By utilizing our proprietary system that allows all employees to share real-time information from order placement through delivery, we have responded sincerely to approximately 170,000 inquiries and requests annually from customers.
Our mission goes beyond simply delivering products.
By understanding deeply our customers’ operations and on-site situation, we reliably deliver the most suitable products at the optimal time.
These efforts have been highly praised within the Nitto Group, and our company has steadily expanded its business domain.
Today, we have grown into the Nitto Group's largest sales company in Japan, handling approximately 6,300 products.
We position ESG as one of the key principles of our management.
By promoting environmentally conscious initiatives such as reducing CO₂ emissions in manufacturing processes and developing products using recycled materials, we are contributing to the realization of a sustainable society together with our customers.
We will continue to place ESG at the heart of our management and pursue business activities that balance resolving social issues and creating economic value.
We will continue to work hard to remain a trusted partner for our customers and society.
We sincerely appreciate your continued support and patronage.
